If you are using a CD each book has it's own password. The list of passwords for the products you have purchased can be found in the front of your hard copy manual. The password for the electronic book is the whole password. Note: This password is rather lengthy so take your time, type slowly, make sure all of the letters have been capitalized, and include the dash. Some books contain attachments, such as
How to Make Your Church 501(c)(3) and
How to Write the Constitution and Bylaws. The password for these attachments is the portion of the book password after the dash. If you are still having trouble with the CD installed passwords. Type them in notepad, review the password to make sure it is correct, then copy and paste it into the password prompt.
If you have download your book(s) from the internet, you should have received your password in an email from support@startchurch.com.
