First, I want to thank you for stopping by to learn more about joining the StartCHURCH team! My name is Nathan Camp, and I have the honor of serving as the CEO of StartCHURCH. You landed on this page because a member of our team or a partner of StartCHURCH thought you would potentially be a great fit for our team. I don't believe in chance; I believe in divine circumstance and trust God has ordained your steps to this moment!

In all the years I've been at StartCHURCH, I have never viewed my role as a job. This is where I have the opportunity every day to use the gifts God has given me to fulfill what He has called me to do. It's the place I have the chance to live fully alive, doing what I love! Instead of giving you a job description of what we are looking for, I wanted to take a minute and paint you a picture of what you can expect if you join the StartCHURCH family.

A job where you can leverage your relational skills to equip pastors and ministry leaders with the tools and resources needed to grow healthy churches and ministries. This position's traditional title is Inside Sales, but we take a consultative approach—not a "sales-y" approach. We are a for-profit company with a huge ministry heart! We work closely with church and ministry leaders from all across the United States, advising them how to leverage our tools and resources to grow and manage a healthy ministry.
