I attended the Tampa conference last year and purchased the Conference Suite. I also used the tax service StartChurch recently launched with great success. I have had problems with the Compliance Kit software for a few months. Last Thursday I had to prepare my meeting notes for the Trustee meeting. The system would not change or add agenda items or allow me to delete or change meeting information. I was in a panic because I needed it that night. I called Startchurch out of desperation to see if someone could help. Ben Brinker was a pleasant surprise. He walked me through a few steps that he thought would correct the problem, checked Microsoft updates and history, and a few other times to try and identify the issue. None of those attempts were successful. Ben asked permission to sign in to my computer. He was faster than me with the commands and keyboard and began to work on the problem remotely. He explained everything he was doing and I watched as he backed up my files, deleted Compliance Kit and then reinstalled the software. He then retrieved the backup files and reinstalled them. The program recovered and I was able to make corrections and prepare my reports for the evening meeting. Saved from disaster….hallelujah. AMAZING… staff you have Raul. Ben was TOP NOTCH service, pleasant, and knowledgeable. You guys are an asset to Kingdom business and I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for all you do.
